We are also happy to announce that Gregg Smith, MessagePro Chairman and CEO will be participating on an exciting panel discussion. 

Making Messaging Work for Your Enterprise and Why It Should Be a Priority. 

The session is part of the Communications Application Track and will be held in Room 208 at 1PM on Thursday, January 31.

Joining Gregg on the panel are Ari Rabban, CEO of Phone.com and Rick McFarland, Vice President, Contact Center Solutions, CoreDial.

They will be discussing and sharing opinions on Mobile Messaging and how it is becoming an increasingly important part of communications capabilities for businesses. They will be exploring why it’s not always easy to deploy, manage, or integrate messaging into existing infrastructure. Both technical and user adoption issues will be discussed.
